I see nothing about a charge. Part 4g says at the end of the contract you will remove the equipment from the premise. Poor business to work with.Please show me the pick up charge of $250 plus GST in the contract and I will pay it. Worst sales team, worst management ever (great tech support).
Told him the software the printer needed. Your top tech from Sydney came out after it was installed (cause he was up at the time). He said that was old tech and your printers had that ability. Perhaps you could have called to discuss or replied to my email instead of running to Google to try and protect your poor customer skills.What part of this review is in dispute? That the printer didn't do what it was supposed to do? The salesman, prior to purchase, was told the hardware our software needed. If you want have the discussion here that's fine too.

Yes. Anyone could have easily said, hey there is a 60 written notice needed, even after the contract ends. As noted, I tried multiple times to let you know to pick up the machine. They tried a work around but in the end it just wasn't going to work.The 60 day written notice was waived.

While I don't consider it blackmail (anymore than you saying pay a fee that is not in the contract, upfront before we pick up your machine).
